Didn't have the TomTom drive time so I used 11.5 miles as a radius instead.

My solution to this weeks challenge! I didn't have to Drivetime data so i did a bit of a work around

It is frustrated that I don't have the spatial package for drivetime. I used distance and had estimate 13 miles radius.
