I also don't have drivetime but I solved it a couple of ways so I hope that makes up for it 😄
I used to live near there, but that was 20 years ago. Don't have the spatial licence, so randomly chose 20 mile radius. Learnt about using the Summary tool for a spatial object. That was pretty cool

Process:
- Create centroid
- Calculate trade area (20 mile radius - Yankees drive fast through those back roads)
- Summarise object to find intersection of the three circles
- Spatial info determines area of that intersection area
- On browse tool, selected Carto (positron) - most recent vintage to show map background
