As I don't have drive time I went with 30 miles instead of minutes

Unfortunately, I don't have access to a drive time data set, but... 

My car tells me that I drive at an average of 23mph, which means I travel approximately 11.5 miles in 30 minutes. I used this information and created a trade area with an 11.5 mile radius, and got a surprisingly accurate result!
