Challenge #70: Trade Area Drivetime Radii

this is as close as i'm going to get without access to drivetime.

same thinking as many others.

My sort of solution. I don't have the drivetime data set, but this solution uses miles as a proxi to go through the same calculation process.

I used 15 miles instead of 30 minutes. Different answer, but I get the idea :)

Tried a few options, same results

Create Buffer tool
Trade Area tool
Formula tool with Spatial functions, instead of Summarize tool
