As I do not have the packages required, I had a similar approach to others without it. Assumed that the area has to be where circles cross over as that would be equidistant, and another assumption I made was that the angle between lines (as the crow flies) between the inner HQ and the outposts would be equal to 120degrees

Here is my solution. Fortunately I have access to the TomTom Drivetime dataset but my answer is different than what was listed in the output.

done, still did not get the exact value. If i select 30 min time in Trade area, it is asking for the File. How can i get it?

Challenge Solution:

I do not have DriveTime Data Set so had to just use miles. I believe the process otherwise is how you can solve this challenge.

Like others I did not have the drivetime dataset, and just set a new arbitrary radius of 13 miles from each satellite office:

Also didn't have the drivetime data but I used 16miles instead as user NicoleJohnson mentions that that seemed more appropriate :)

Didn't have access to the data, so just picked a radius of 11.6 miles (started with 15 and narrowed it down as much).
