Love the way the Summarize tool makes the intersection easy

Since I donot have spatial package, solved it using the distance parameter instead of time.

I don't have the Drivetime package, but through trial and error 11.5 miles was about the equivalent.

My solution. Don't have drive time data, so took a 30-mile radius.

My first solution (top row) wasnt the best, but got me at the right answer.
Didnt know that I could use the summarize function to calculate an intersection of polygons that are present in the same column..

This one stumped me! Tried and tired and tried and 45 min after I could not configure any of the tools to get the output I needed, so I finally looked at the solution. Loved the way this one taught me something new. 

SPOLIER: From this challenge, I learned to look at the summarize building block as a part of the spatial suite! Great challenge!
