Challenge #70: Trade Area Drivetime Radii

I used ~19.5km for radius as I don't have access to the drivetime. The result seems similar. It's nice to see the spatial tools interact with the summarize tool.

Knowing about the Summarize function would have been nice here - went ahead using 16miles as the radius.

I came had to crack open the solution to get unstuck and even then I cam up with completely different numbers! Looks like you have to have an add in that I'm assume has a cost. If I change the solution to use miles, I have the same areas... Just wish this was clearer.

Its late, so this was a quick fire rather than a detailed one, esp without the spatial package. I do love a spatial challenge though 🙂
