Solved using, basically, text-to-columns tool.

However, I learned two news tools (download and dynamic rename) and tried a large range of others solutions when I tried to download to a temporary file + dynamic input (until now it didn't work).

Once I determined the first parse, the rest came pretty quick.  Last select only to get the Join to work correctly (needed to change field type of "bruises").
