Surprised to see how complicated a lot of solutions out there are. Mine is pretty simple just using the distance tool between the 2 points.

My solution below - one version using the Spatial Tools, one with just the Formula Tool and no Spatial Tools (although I did have to use the spatial formula to convert the starting points into longitude and latitude values to start the non-spatial-tools version)
