Here is a solution that takes in the order and then provides the number of boxes needed. Although, it does not provide the bottle to box mapping, it does include the input error testing and appends the order to a master order sheet.

I did mine with a twist. It has the interface and tells you based on the quantity determine the batches where you are not using a 96 bottle batch for 50 bottles. some work could be done to customize this into three flows and it could tell, you 1 x 96 with 1 x 6 for say 98 bottles. But the ask was to spit out # of batches by bottle qty size. :-)
