Cleaned up my original duplicate workflow by using transpose tool. Disagree that Record 1 is an Anagram - it is the same word.

In this challenge, I did:

1/ Set RecordID

2/ Filter if the length(word1)=length(word2)

   If equal, then go to step 3

   If not equal, then anagram return "No"

3/ Split word1 and word2 into each character in rows

4/ Count number of time appear of each character in word 1 and word2

5/ Compare number of time of each character in word 1 and word 2. If it's equal, then it's anagram; Otherwise, it's Not.
