I thought about what to do about the hashtags with spaces of id_nr 16 but I guess they can't seen as actual hashtags

I know my output doesn't match (nor does my input really). But our Regex coach gave us a tweaked version of this challenge to add to the difficulty. This version is probably more dynamic. Had a good time trying to solve it:
