Challenge # 54

Found this one tricky and had to refresh my regex to solve. Not the most intuitive solution but got there in the end!

Wow this is a tricky one for beginners! (Although, maybe my regex definitely needs improving!)

I would urge anyone looking at this one to work from it step by step, and potentially even think about the different ways you can approach this task!
