Address parsing can be challenging at times unless we learn the RegEx properly. I tried my hands on this challenge with some basic RegEx formulas.

My solution.  I didn't use the Regex to split the data, but I still arrived at the answer.  Also, if this was in real life, obviously, the text inputs would have to include every kind of street suffix and every state abbreviation.  But this works for this challenge.
