Please find attached. I went with a macro that passes through the number of columns found in the starting data, and then updates a Text to Columns tool based on the total.

solution: i created a batch makro, but i had to create an input first, becuase alteryx wouldn't recognize the txt file...

call me lazy, but i can't see past this solution.  

Why not change the Delimeter to | and start data input to line 2, and you've 90% there...

Data cleanse takes out the rows of ----'s and a quick formula to standardise ClientID
