Not sure why Split to Rows wouldn't handle the dynamic number of columns?

Assumptions are that the extra rows are all "-----" etc. and that the #s need to become N/As. Combination of Split to Rows and the Tile block to handle the dynamic columns. Dropping a mark for not attempting the Macro.
