Solved.

Love doing the spatial challenges.  These tools are so much fun and I never get to use them in real life.

I just start loving spatial analytics!

However, I got slightly different results for the second part of the challenge.

My results are lower, as I assumed that if two stores' trade areas overlap, we should count twice.

Anyone else having the same perspective?
