This seems kind of weird to me, but I guess it worked out.

Not a fan of this challenge, data did not make sense. Age in the data file does not match with age in the questions file based on the column field value. Some inconsistencies that are not easily reconcilable.

My solution below - I tried to keep the question data column selection and renaming dynamic and added an additional challenge of splitting out the upper and lower bounds of the age ranges
