My final solution

Took me a bit longer than expected , because I wanted to try and not use a 4-fold conditional formula to check my values. In the end I chose to fix this with adding a record ID, then joining my original data on that ID. Seemed to me as a more elegant solution than the easier solution with the append tool and a level 0 = value or level 1 = value or level 2 = value or level 3 = value filter or formula.
