I really liked this as I try to get more comfortable with the Crosstab/Transpose tools. My solution is similar to most, but I like the slight deviations seen here.

I originally did the cross tab after the join but saw that it was harder to keep up with all of the information. So I changed it to where I only used a crosstab for the first three lines after transposing, like many of the solutions. Really just an aesthetic step.
