This one was fun - some simple spatial operations, plus an inventory allocation problem!

Seeing the other answers, utilizing the Running Totals tool probably would have been quicker and a little more intuitive, but I got there, nonetheless, with a couple Multi-Row Formula tools instead!
Also, I was admittedly stumped for a couple minutes at the start because I did not scroll down far enough to see the Warehouse Locations Text Input included, and I was really confused on how I was to figure out which one was located nearest to each store.
