This one was more hands on data prep + transform but not possible without spatial analysis between the centroids. I have added insights into reporting to cover more practice.

I went with multi-row formula tools. Hind sight running totals may have been easier - and couldn't wrap my head around macros at the moment due to  current low caffeine intake. Time to go remedy that!
