I was for 10 years, which is why I am now a data analyst.

In my solution, I used the data cleansing tool and changed the punctuation on all items in both data sets, which improved the join 100%. Just an FYI.

Two years of teaching high school mathematics for me. 

Feels like this would be cleaner if I'd put the Data Cleansing tool up front like you said. Good suggestion!
