Decided to make use of dynamic rename here, keep in the dates numeric so the created columns are automatically in the correct order then used a dynamic rename to put it into the nicer format?
Solution Comparing efficiency of slight differences in methodology to obtain the same solution and showing how you should as best practice try to summarize your data as far as possible before any joins!
