Super Easy.
I used Dynamic Rename Tool to get columns Name right. and used Transpose and Crosstab to solve this one,

My solution:

You can see there are two routs I chose. The bottom method is more rigorous and allows for the hyphens to be kept without turning them into underscores (or using crosstab clean). That being said the top method still gave the same same column order, just using a quicker method
