I took this challenge as an opportunity to investigate web scratching and we looked around yesterday how to do that. We were able to do an altéryx workflow to download useful index for us and predict the next one. 

After that, i feel more confortable with this challenge and here is my solution:

Annoying issue where some of the citys were formatted "br/>" and some had a hidden space "br />". That caused me some trouble!
