Challenge 40 is done, i do love regex! The expected output for the challenge seems to have an issue on row 649 (highlighted) with the practice value appearing in the city field

Regex is king! Spotted a few errors in the solution data when I did a join to test my solution.

Initially tried using XML Parse, but certain doctors having multiple specialisms made this route difficult! The regex approach is definitely better here.
