Wow, this one was tough.  It's clunky and I went around my elbow to get to my thumb, but I did get there in the end!

Desperately tried to sort all dates out in the formula tool but gave up and did the ones I struggled with using the DateTime tool and then put the formula tool after those.  May not be pretty but it works.
