Time took longer for this than expected! Lots of different solution routes to consider. Could be a cool usecase for building an App/Macro that generates all the different times based on intervals per hour

Fun one pretty challenging for me.

Had to figure out the generate rows works with full date time but not just time.  Then it's not too complicated.
