As it happens sometimes the wording of the task does not match what we see in the answer (. Otherwise, a fun challenge.

Just realized I missed this one. Not sure why you would consider the best choice for rainy weather to be the one with the greatest different between sunny and rainy performance. I would go with the driver with the fastest average lap time in the rain...

the challenged was worded awkwardly so I had to reverse engineer using the expected output
