My solution, agreeing with the challenge output:

I disagreed with the approach here though, for a number of reasons: "Other" was included within Vegetable fibre; ratings for a fibre type were only used if the fibre was the "primary" fibre of that yarn; and averages of averages are rarely a good idea.

@AYXAcademy The formula for the Solution doesn't make sense. It's assuming that if a fiber isn't animal or synthetic then it's vegetable. However, that doesn't support the data. For example, Yarn ID 169321 is being classified as Vegetable per the Join output, but it's Fiber Type Name is "Other" and it has Vegetable Fiber = False
