I love a little spatial challenge every now and then!

Fun spatial challenge, but like others have said - the instructions were somehwat unclear and difficult to parse. For example - were the volcanoes that met two of the criteria (both currently erupting and VEI >=3) supposed to have a red flag or an orange triangle or both?
