I'm sure there are much more elegant ways to solve this. As a RegEx rookie, this is what I came up with and it works. Now that I attempted it, excited to see how the pros did it!
Good parsing practice, I enjoyed this challenge a lot. Here's my solution:

JSON in JSON was sneaky. It also took me a while to realise that I needed to trim leading 0s from some fields inorder to get an exact match.
