Used tools:

• "Join" for Blending
• "Formula" for computing a new column to store the combined file-names based on Region & Product Group 
• "Output" for exporting the output into multiple csv files based on the computed column "combined"

Configuration for employing "combined" column to name each group

Result window captures the details of the exported files
