Hi learnt something new trying to solve this problem. I used the find and replace tool to blend data and then used the logic that each combination or region and product will generate a unique code using the key. Used the formula tool to get it. At the end I used the tile tool to sort the data and output data configured to split data in a folder using the file name I created using the formula tool before that. I unchecked the keep field in output to avoid getting it in final output.
