My solution for Challenge 38, good to know this trick about multiple outputs!

Fin and replace on the lookup tables for region and product. 
Group by Region key and product to get the 15 combinations of region/product
Formula to create my table name field: 'Table '+ToString([Region Key])+'.'+ToString([Product Key])
Output getting the table names from my table name field
