I think the calculation should be updated to Gain excluding Deductible * Tax Rate 😂, doesnt' feel right using the whole amount

Here is a solution that matches the expected output. Based on my limited understanding of tax law there are two issues with this solution.

1. The deduction of 500K for jointly filing couples is not used in the tax burden calculation.

2. The tax calculation should also use graduated rates such that the first ~44K has a 0% rate, the next ~470K has a 15% rate applied and the rest has a 20% rate applied.
