Not the most efficient probably, but I did it.

My numbers were slightly different

Nice one! Use CountWords function to match the word count result. I was trying regex earlier.

My solution attached.

First 3 questions pretty simple, use summarize tool to group by and then count the records. Last question used get words function in formula tool and then summed up the number of words.
