My regexs to solve were:

.*(\d{4}).*

(0*)(\d*)
and strip out the 1st token, just take the 2nd token

(ID)$
strip out the string "ID" from every line

\w{8}
this needs to be paired with a formula before:
IF Length([Safety Code])<8 THEN "SC"+[Safety Code] ELSE [Safety Code] ENDIF
