Here is my solution.

Not sure if Text Input (124) tool containing the Output(solution) to "Entity: This is a 4 digit numerical code. Trim leading zeroes and/or descriptive text at the end" statement is meant to be this way. 

For me the correct answer should be 1234 at the 3rd row 2nd column.
