I used the left trim function in the formular tool

part 2)

i used the function (\d+) in the RegEx tool to remove any characters in the data then i trimmed the leading zeros

part 3)

I used the (ID$) to remove ID at the end of each record

part 4) I used the conditional if-else function in the fomular tool
