Fantastic, creative, fun, open end, challenge!

With 2 nested Iterative macros, I might have over engineered it a bit...  But It's as fair as it gets, with each participant getting 1 out of 5 from each group of 5 similarly ranked teams.  Shame Alteryx does not allow the same macro to be called recursively.. that would have saved some work.

Also a shame the Random sample does not return scrambled records (randomized order) when you pick a sample of 5 out of  5 records!! What's up with that? @academy 

Anyway.. here's the full solution.
