I only needed the DateTime tool to get the output. I'm guessing the DateTime tool was not as capable back in 2016 as it is now

I thought building a macro would be more difficult than it is once you have the flow worked out...

This one was pretty simple as they have seemed to have fixed the DateTime tool to incorporate this issue. I solved it with just that tool, but also going through the process of adding all the extra 0s.
