I strongly disagree with the provided answer. The challenge asks "Find the top 10 schools that give the most significant discounts for in-state students." Significant is not the same as "the largest" discount - and should reflect the amount of the discount as a ratio to tuition. Do we all agree that saving $10k on $20k tuition is a more significant discount than saving $15k on $100k tuition.
