Numbers are not matching exactly due to assumed weather date boundaries. Still result is matching 95% with the output shared.

Date boundaries selected: 

Spring - 2012-03-19 to 2012-06-19

Summer - 2012-06-20 to 2012-09-21

Fall - 2012-09-22 to 2012-12-21
