Here's my solution. Not as dynamic as it could/should be

Pretty Tough. Hard to reshape data when you have no idea what most of it means.

It took me two sessions of staring at the data when I found the easy way to gather it.  Of course, I then had to make it difficult by deciding to programmatically create the column headers for the numeric data. I have never strung this many Multi-Row tools together in a row.
