Thank you for the challenge!

 

I have only a consideration about the given solution.

 

The last filter that considers Count < 5 do not work in all cases, because there are cities that have more than one team for the same league.

 

For example, New York City does not have MLS and NFL, so it should be listed at the answer but it is not because it has 1 MLB, 2 NBA and 2 NHL (>= 5).
