here is my solution.

I decided to concatenate the Leagues and Fields in the rightmost columns.

Solution:

I got a different result on this one, and don't agree with the solution. The question asks for cities that don't have a team in all 5 leagues, so you need a distinct count of the leagues rather than just a count of teams. New York City has 5 teams so is excluded in the solution, but those teams only cover 3 of the leagues.
