Should have thought this through before diving in. Once again, could be more efficient but it works. Added extra processing for date in home value to ensure filter grabs correct dates. Love the Date/Time tool!

A bit beyond my current abilities on my own. So I admit to having to cheat by looking at the "Solutions" provided :-(

I'm wondering why we also didn't get asked to create a chart of each Region's growth . . . . add some visual appeal.

I think I'll try that on my own.

Did both using the pre-downloaded and URL given, but in the second one I ran into a problem with the Dynamic Rename: thee Transpose tool after it only worked after I cached my data, once for each use of the tool. I'd say that's a rather weird/buggy behaviour, would be glad if smn proved me wrong.
