This one went pretty quick for me. A little regex to clean the site name, Sample and Dynamic Rename tools to clean the characteristics input then Join and Filter!

Solid 8 minutes to solve this challenge. Back home in my cosy living room :)

There are probably much faster ways of getting there, but at least this one is quick
